1. General provisions

These Sale and Purchase Rules (hereinafter - the Rules) shall be a legally binding document that establishes the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter - the Buyer) and the Seller (hereinafter - the Seller) when purchasing goods in the step123.eu e-shop.

 

2. Moment of conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement

2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be considered to be concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Confirm order" button in the e-shop, following filling the shopping cart, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method and familiarising himself with our rules.

2.2. Every agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer shall be retained in the e-shop.

 

3. Seller's rights

3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the e-shop without notifying the Buyer in advance.

3.2. If the Buyer tries to impede the work or stable operation of the e-shop, the Seller may, without prior warning, restrict or suspend the buyer's ability to use the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of these rules without prior notice.

3.4. The Seller shall have the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the Buyer, if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days.

3.5. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the real size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

 

4. Seller’s obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to facilitate all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer and within the agreed delivery period.

4.3. If, in the event of important circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer an equivalent product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept it, to return the money paid within 72 hours, if the Buyer made an advance payment.

 

5. Buyer’s obligations

5.1. By using the e-shop, the buyer agrees to these sale and purchase rules and must comply therewith.

5.2. The Buyer shall be obliged to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed amount for them.

5.3. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form change, the Buyer must update them immediately.

5.4. If the Buyer, during the delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without good reasons, the Buyer shall be obliged to cover the costs of the delivery of the goods.

 

6. Delivery of the goods

6.1. The goods shall be delivered by the Seller or the Seller's authorised representative.

6.2. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the Seller or the Seller's authorised representative.

6.3. After the Buyer signs the delivery document provided by the courier, the shipment shall be considered to be delivered.

6.4. If the Buyer notices a damages of the shipment, the Buyer shall have the right not to accept the shipment and record this in the consignment note. After the Buyer accepts the product and signs the consignment note without comments, it shall be considered that the shipment has been delivered in an orderly manner.

6.5. The Buyer shall be informed by phone about the exact time of delivery of the product. If it is not possible to contact the Buyer by phone, the product shall be inevitably delivered to the specified address.

6.6. There is no delivery on weekends and holidays. Also, there is no delivery to the Curonian Spit.

6.7. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer, together with step123.eu's authorised representative - the courier, must inspect the condition of the shipment and sign the invoice, consignment note or other shipment transfer and acceptance document. After signing, it shall be considered that the condition of the shipment is acceptable to the Buyer. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the condition of the shipment, he must write a free format shipment violation report and submit it to the representative of the courier who delivered the product.

6.8. The goods shall be sent to the Buyer only after receiving the payment. In most cases, the goods are shipped within 2-6 weeks.

 

7. Return of the goods

7.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 17 August 2001 ‘Regarding the sale of goods and the provision of services when agreement are concluded using means of communication’.

7.2. If any goods with a manufacturer's defect have been identified, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective goods in the shortest possible time. If it is impossible to replace the defective goods, the Seller shall either return the money to the Buyer or replace the goods with equivalent ones.

7.3. If the Buyer so wishes, adequate quality goods can be exchanged or returned by a separate agreement. In this case, the transportation costs shall be paid by the Buyer.

7.4. The Buyer shall have no right to return adequate quality goods without any due reason.

 

8. Liability

8.1. The Buyer shall be fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller shall not be held liable for the resulting consequences.

8.2. The Buyer shall be liable for the actions performed while using the step123.eu e-shop.

8.3. The Buyer shall be responsible for the transfer of login data to third parties. If third parties use the Buyer's login data, the Buyer shall be responsible for the actions performed by the third party.

8.4. The Seller shall not be responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through the links in the Seller's e-store.

8.5. In the event of damage, the party at fault shall compensate the other party for the losses incurred.

 

Privacy policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This privacy policy regulates the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the e-shop (hereinafter - www.step123.eu) and customers of www.step123.eu (hereinafter - you, your).

1.2. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data shall be determined by this privacy policy, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts.

1.3. By indicating your personal data in the e-shop, you agree that www.step123.eu can manage and process them for the purposes, by the means and in the procedure provided for in this privacy policy and legal acts.

1.4. We undertake to sell goods to natural persons who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you can only buy with the consent of your parents or guardians.

 

2. Collection, processing and storage of personal data

2.1. www.step123.eu is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:

2.1.1. Personal data are collected for defined and legitimate purposes.

2.1.2. Personal data are processed accurately and honestly.

2.1.3. Personal data are regularly updated.

2.1.4. Personal data are stored for a period no longer than required for the established purposes of data processing.

2.1.5. Personal data are processed only by employees who have been granted the right to do so.

2.1.6. All information about processed personal data shall be confidential.

2.2. www.step123.eu respects everyone's right to privacy. Your personal data (name, surname, age group, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the e-shop registration form) are collected and processed for the following purposes:

2.2.2. to issue financial documents (e.g. invoices);

2.2.3. to solve problems related to the presentation or delivery of goods;

3.1.2. The Seller shall have the right to transfer information to third parties, only for the purposes defined in paragraph 2.2.

4. Registration submission rules

4.1. You must provide complete, detailed and correct information about yourself in the registration form. If you provide inaccurate, false or misleading information in the registration form, we have the right to cancel your registration and delete the information or limit your ability to use the e-shop.

 

5. Changing or updating personal data

5.1. You shall have the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form at any time by notifying info@step123.eu.

 

6. Cookies

6.1. We hereby inform you that in order to be able to offer you full-fledged services on our website, we save information (cookies) on your computer (device). We will use the recorded information to identify you as a previous user of the website, and to collect website traffic statistics. You can review what information (cookies) we save at any time, and you can delete some or all saved cookies. You also have the right not to consent to the recording and use of information (cookies) on your computer (device), but in this case some functions of the website may become unavailable to you. 7. Amendment of the rules and final provisions

7.1. www.step123.eu shall have the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Terms by notifying about it in the e-shop. Your continued use of our website services shall constitute compliance with these rules. All disagreements and disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
